Parental support is a must when navigating life whether is someone with mental health issues, alcohol dependency or those just facing life's challenges can be overwhelming, additionally dealing with kids with undiagnosed issues can be stressful.
We want to be able to assist you in these times with the support that is needed so you are more focused and have a better understanding on how to deal with your own anxieties and sometimes depression that this can cause.
We understand that life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person therapy sessions. We offer teletherapy services that allow you to connect with our licensed therapists from the comfort of your own home. Our teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient.
No matter what your specific situation may be, Mar Gaff is available to give you some extra support.
